At EarthTech+, we’re more than just an excavation company—we’re a family-run business built on hard work, integrity, and a passion for helping people. Founded by Jacob Pogodzienski and his wife Carrie, EarthTech+ brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in excavation, foundation work, septic systems, land clearing, and more.
Jake isn’t just another contractor—he’s someone who truly understands what it means to build something from the ground up. Alongside his wife, Carrie, he turned their own vision into reality, building their home from scratch. That experience fueled their desire to start formally helping others bring their projects to life.
Beyond excavation, Jacob and Carrie have dedicated their lives to service—Jacob as a firefighter and Carrie as a registered nurse. Whether saving lives or shaping properties, they bring the same level of care, precision, and commitment to everything they do.
Their hobbies include motocross and mountain biking which brings their love for building tracks and trails. They are avid outdoor lovers with a competitive nature, wanting to always bring out their best.
